Eli, known on the mic and on stage as ShotofADRENALIN, turns real music-industry experience into real opportunity for young people. After coming up through Hot 97 and Roc Nation and building his own media company, TkACTN Media, he founded The Too Alive Tour, which has moved 1,400+ young New Yorkers through workshops, paid internships, and hands-on work experience.
He teaches Music Marketing at Five Towns College and speaks on career-connected learning, youth development, and creative entrepreneurship.
